ANNOUNCEMENT / INVITATION
GENERAL:
The Tomas Cup 20th will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General
Regulations 2025, the Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single Skating 2025, and the
relevant ISU Communications.
Participation in the Tomas Cup 20th is open to all Competitors who belong to an ISU Member,
and qualify with regard to eligibility according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits
specified in Rule 108, paragraph 3. a) and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency
requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU Communication 2526 or any update of
this Communication.
In accordance with Rule 109 of the ISU General Regulations and ISU Communication 2526 all
Skaters who do not have the nationality of the Member by which they have been entered or who,
although having such nationality, have in the past represented another Member, must produce an
ISU Clearance Certificate. Passports of all Skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if
applicable, must be presented at the accreditation of the event for verification.
All competitors must be entered through their respective ISU Member Federation. Clubs registered
at ISU Members Federations can participate in competition or Invited clubs ONLY. The OC can
have a final design about over quota for any club/country/federation or refuse to accept the entry
(full or partially). All the regarding info will be available at

ENTRIES FOR COMPETITION :
All the members of ISU and Clubs, being members of National Skating Federations associated
with ISU, are invited to take part in this competition.
Members can enter any quantity of Skaters/Couples into each category.
All Entries to Tomas Cup 20th must be done through Sportity Online Registration System:
https://fs.sportity.com . Any Clubs entering first time should contact Sportity OÜ for account
creation (info@sportity.com) . Note!!! that possible waiting for password from Sportity could be +/-
3 days!!!
Organizers have the right to refuse or limit the participation in competition.
The deadline for entries is March 30th, 2026
Entry fee:
Single Skating (two) programs – 95 euro (Senior, Junior, Advanced Novice)
Single Skating 1 (one) program – 80 euro
Elements: 55€
Late entry fee:
Single Skating (two) programs – 110 euro
Single Skating 1 (one) program – 95 euro
Elements: 65€
Entry fee payment
Entry fees must be paid after confirmation of member participation. Bill must be paid with
one (1) transaction for all the country/member participants.
The Organizer will not return entry fee but you can replace one skater for some category
not later than one week before draw.
Entries will be confirmed and accepted only after receiving the Entry Fee on time.
Entry fee can be paid by bank transfer no later than April 6th, 2026 to the following

Purpose of payment: for the competition. Country and name of skater (skaters)
LIABILITY:
In accordance with Rule 119, it is the sole responsibility of each Member participating in the
Tomas Cup 20th , to provide medical and accident insurance for their athletes, officials and all
other members of the Member’s team. Such insurance must assure full medical attendance and
also the return to the home country by air transport or by other expeditious means of the ill or
injured person.
Please note – live stream video and photography is provided during all the event.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personal injury
or property damage incurred in connection with the event mentioned above.
THE CODE OF ETHICS:
All the skaters, coaches, judges, chaperons should follow the ISU Communication 2478, (or any
update of this Communication). Action against this rule conducts by itself the disqualification of the
skater.
MUSIC / PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT
In accordance with Rule 343 in the ISU Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single &
Pair Skating and Ice Dance, the following method to submit the Competitor’s music to the
Organizing Committee must be followed:
Each Music and Planned Program Content must be submitted to Sportity Online
Registration System: https://fs.sportity.com by latest until 13th April, 2026
Each submission shall be labelled with the name of the name of the category, segment
and the name(s) of the competitor(s), ISU Member:

• the music files must be sent as WAV or MP3 file formats. Any other format is not
acceptable.
Please note: Files in MP3 format may have a significant difference in the music quality
when reproduced. The Organizing Committee in this case is not responsible if the music
quality would be insufficient.
• Each Competitor must have an own back-up drive (USB Stick) for each program in the
format of a WAV or MP3 file.
• The exact running time of the music (not skating time) must be communicated to the
Organizing Committee when submitting the music and shall be certified by the
Competitor/Coach/Team Leader at the time of registration.
Please note: CDs will not be accepted by the Organizing Committee.
The Planned Program Content must also be entered by the ISU Member or the Skater(s)
through Sportity Online Registration System: https://fs.sportity.com
It is mandatory that the Program Content information be filled in precisely by each
Skater/team in English using the terminology for the elements listed in the respective ISU
Communication
RESULTS:
The marking system
(ISU Judging System) as described in ISU Technical Rule Single 2025, Rule 352 and
Rule 353 (Determination and publication of results) will be used.
Result information and detailed protocols will be avaliable on the Sportity application password:

AWARDS:
The top three competitors in each event (Final results) will be awarded by Trophies,
special presents and diplomas; others will receive memory presents.
The exact time of the Awarding Ceremonies will be announced in the detailed schedule in due
time.
Draw:
An electronic draw will take place on 16.04.2026, starting orders will be published on
Sportity application
Timetable:
Detailed time schedule will be published on the Sportity application soon after the close
of entries.
Protests:
Protests must be submitted not later than 48 hours after subsegment. Protest can be
made against the right determination of the executed element or any calculation error. In
case of wrong determination of the executed element, all technical panel members
(technical controller, both technical specialists, data operator) have to agree with
correction of error. The recording by the organizers will be taken into account. The
protest fee is 50 EUR. Protest must be done in a written form to the referee of the
relevant segment. If the referee is not available, the protest must be submitted to the
secretariat.
